Camp Cost:

MAIN CAMP, FOR KIDS GOING INTO GRADES 3-8: $935 for the four-week program. (Extended payment plans available) 

MINISPOTS: HALF-DAYS FOR KIDS GOING INTO 1ST AND 2ND GRADE: $650 For the four-week half-day program. 

TWO-SESSION PROGRAM, FOR KIDS GOING INTO GRADES 5-8! 5th-8th grade campers can do both sessions, totalling $1870 for eight weeks. (Please note, not available for campers entering grades 1 through 4.)

A $100 deposit per camper is required with registration, to guarantee their spot. Their tuition balance will then be due March 15.

PAYMENT PLANS: We are eager to help families that need to pay in installments over time. Please call the office to discuss a payment plan that works for you. There are also limited need-based single-session scholarships available. Please call for more information: 406-522-7623.

CREDIT CARDS: We're happy to accept credit cards, but we do add the credit card company's 3% fee.

REFUND POLICY: The summer theater camp is limited to a certain number of campers. Your registration form and deposit guarantee your child’s spot. The $100 deposit is non-refundable. The total tuition is due March 15th. After May 1, Camp Equinox is not obligated to refund applicants. In addition, Camp Equinox is not obligated to refund tuition of any participant who withdraws or is dismissed from the program for any reason, including behavior, illness, or injury.
